Requirements:

Fold type availability is dependent on the chosen 'Flat Size'.

Half fold has a minimum panel width of 60mm and will be scored and left flat on panel widths less than 95mm and Stock Weights over 160gsm.

Roll & Z Folds have a minimum panel width of 60mm.

3 or more Cross Folds are only available on 120gsm recycled. Stock weights over 120gsm are only available with 2 Cross folds

Requirements:

Envelopes are only available for A5 Half Fold, 420x148mm Half Fold, A4 Half Fold, 198x210mm Half Fold, A4 Roll Fold (2 folds) and A4 Z Fold (2 folds)

All of our envelopes are 120gsm and have a peel and seal closure type.

White:

Premium, heavy white envelopes are the perfect accompaniment for your Luxury Folded print.

Foiling:

Metallic accents are great for giving a luxurious feel to print. All our foil options are metallic with the exception of Gloss Black and Gloss White.

You will need to provide a guide for any Foiling. You must provide two PDFs of your artwork; one of your main print and one showing what areas you would like the Foil to cover. The areas you would like to Foil must be artworked in 100% black and must be exactly the same size and in the same position as your main image, so it fits directly over the top of it.
