Because our labels are offered with a custom size option, you won't find a standard size listed on this page. You're free to choose any size or shape!
To order a bespoke shape, please choose the 'bespoke shape' option below. You will need to set up your artwork with a cutter guide, using a spot colour to represent the bespoke shape.
If you want to order multiple designs on a single sheet, please use the 'bespoke sheet' option and provide a pre-imposed spot colour guide to represent the shapes you want. We recommend a minimum gap of 3mm between each label.
Tip: Avoid sharp edges in your bespoke shape design, as it may cause the label to tear when peeled from the backing.
Labels are available in quantities from 100 to 10,000,000, except for Custom Sheets which are available from one or more sheets.
For other shapes, quantities of 1-10 are available for the purpose of proofing.
This is reduced to just 1 when the size is greater than 300mm in either direction or Window Sticker is selected.

Rustique White Craft Paper:
An uncoated paper with a tactile handmade appearance and a 90gsm face weight. Its wet strength and fungicidal treatments make it good for craft beer or wine labelling.
Choose from: CMYK or Black Only.
Recommended for use on clear stocks only, either for spot, tinted or a mixture of both.
This is a mid-brilliance silver ink, similar to Pantone 877C. It can be used alone or with a CMYK topping to create a variety of metallic effects. We recommend printing solid rather than tinted.
An impactful florescent pink ink that can be used as a solid or tinted within a bright design.
A layer of opaque ink will be printed under your CMYK ink to make your Label appear less transparent.
NB: although this option is not 100% opaque, it is suitable for over-labelling pre-printed products.
Use our free downloadable guides to find out how to set up artwork for special colours. Printed samples can be sent on request.
Only available on Clear PP film (removable) stock.
Cannot be used in conjunction with special colours.
All window stickers include white ink printing in the price. We will insert the white ink automatically where required. You may also use white selectively on certain areas of your artwork. Please see our downloadable guide for setting up white ink.
This is a single-sided window sticker that can only be viewed correctly when looking into the window from the outside. Although these stickers should be applied to the inside of the window, the artwork will not be visible from this side. To achieve this effect, your artwork will be mirrored, and a layer of white ink will be printed over it.
Two sets of artwork 'sandwich' a middle white layer to allow visibility from both sides of a glass window. Page one of your supplied pdf will be mirrored and used for the side which faces outward. A layer of white ink will be printed over the back of the outward facing artwork and page 2 will then be printed on top, so it can be viewed from the inside of the window. You can have the same or a different image each side, providing the size is the same.
If you require a window sticker that can be viewed from the inside only, you will need to order a standard Label on our white PP removable stock. This will result in a single sided window sticker that can only be viewed correctly when looking out of the window from the inside. The artwork cannot be seen from the outside.
Coatings and Lamination are unavailable with Rustique Craft Paper.
Soft Touch, Leather and Linen Lamination are not available with Clear PP Films.
Overprinting and write-ability:
None of our Labels are guaranteed for machine overprinting, although the matt coating can be written on with most writing instruments. If you decide not to coat your Labels, we recommend you print them on our paper substrate, which is less glossy than the PP option.
Not available on uncoated stocks.
Gloss UV coating:
For a glossy and scratch-resistant finish, we recommend a gloss coating on all high ink coverage Labels.
Matt UV coating:
Gives Labels a silky finish with minimal surface shine. Like gloss, this coating is recommended for Labels with a high ink coverage.
Lamination is not available on uncoated stocks.
Soft Touch, Leather and Linen Lamination are not available with Clear PP Films.
Excellent for use when a thick, completely scratch resistant finish is required.
For Labels which require reduced surface shine and increased readability, matt lamination is the recommended choice.
Soft Touch Lamination:
Combines rose-petal softness with durable, scuff-resistant properties to give a luxurious, ultra-matt feel to Labels.
Use this lamination's unique embossed pattern to create Labels with a distinctly heritage look. The tight grain and matt finish are scuff-resistant.
Finish Labels with the appearance of fine-grained leather. This unusual lamination creates the illusion of a smooth cowhide surface pattern.
Your Labels will be supplied on rolls which you can customise yourself using the options below. The top layer waste is removed to make Labels easy-peel by machine or by hand.
Your Labels will be printed and cut into sheets. They are sheeted after being cut, for more accurate registration. Top layer waste is left on for a kiss cut appearance.
The sheet sizes are slightly larger than standard A sizes to give a better yield.
Note: sheets are not possible if your label size is larger than our four sheet sizes. If this is the case, you will be unable to select a size.
Your Labels will be individually cut, with the top layer stripped away by 2mm on all edges for easy peeling.
Note: single cut Labels are only available on sizes between 75mm (in each direction) and A3.
If you are planning to apply your labels on a machine then you may want to specify the direction the label leads with on the roll.
If you are applying your Labels by hand, we have automatically selected the most cost-effective orientation for you.
If you apply your Labels using a machine, you can choose whether they are wound facing outward or inward.
You have the option to change the core diameter size of your Label roll if you plan to apply them with a machine. Choose from 3 sizes: 76mm, 38mm and 25mm.
The measurements shown are inner diameters (ID). The default ID is 76mm. We recommend the 76mm size for Label application by hand.
You have the option to reduce or increase your roll diameter for manual Label application. If you’re distributing rolls of Labels to multiple users, you may want to reduce this.
The actual approximate outer diameter of each roll is displayed in your order summary, along with the number of Labels you will receive on that roll.
This allows you to select a larger gap between your labels, this can be useful for some machine applicators. The default is 3mm for polypropylene and 4mm for papers.
You can change how sharp the corners of your square or rectangular Labels are. Choose from 0mm to 10mm, depending on your finished size. The default corner radius is 0mm which is a 'sharp' corner.
This option allows you to specify the number of labels across each roll.
This option is recommended for hand-application only, as machine application requires Labels to be laid out in single file down the length of a roll.
We will automatically calculate all the possible roll configurations for your given Label size, and you can choose whichever suits you.
