Because our labels are offered with a custom size option, you won't find a standard size listed on this page. You're free to choose any size or shape!
To order a custom shape, please choose the 'custom shape' option below. You will need to set up your artwork with a cutter guide, using a spot colour to represent the custom shape.
If you want to order multiple designs on a single sheet, please use the 'custom sheet' option and provide a pre-imposed spot colour guide to represent the shapes you want. We recommend a minimum gap of 3mm between each label.
Tip: Avoid sharp edges in your custom shape design, as it may cause the label to tear when peeled from the backing.

This is a single-sided window sticker that can only be viewed correctly when looking into the window from the outside. Although these stickers should be applied to the inside of the window, the artwork will not be visible from this side. To achieve this effect, your artwork will be mirrored, and a layer of white ink will be printed over it.
This is a single sided window sticker that can only be viewed correctly when looking out of the window from the inside. A layer of white ink will be printed over the back of your sticker so that, once applied to the inside of the window, the artwork cannot be seen from the outside.
Two sets of artwork 'sandwich' a middle white layer to allow visibility from both sides of a glass window. Page one of your supplied pdf will be mirrored and used for the side which faces outward. A layer of white ink will be printed over the back of the outward facing artwork and the same design will then be printed on top, so it can be viewed from the inside of the window.
Gloss UV coating:
For a glossy and scratch-resistant finish, we recommend a gloss coating on all high ink coverage Labels. Not available on uncoated stocks.
Matt UV coating:
Gives Labels a silky finish with minimal surface shine. Like gloss, this coating is recommended for Labels with a high ink coverage.
Excellent for use when a thick, completely scratch resistant finish is required. Not available on removable adhesives or uncoated stocks.
For Labels which require reduced surface shine and increased readability, matt lamination is the recommended choice. Not available on clear film, uncoated stocks, or with removable adhesives.
Your Labels will be supplied on rolls which you can customise yourself using the options below. The top layer waste is removed to make Labels easy-peel by machine or by hand.
Your Labels will be printed and cut into sheets. They are sheeted after being cut, for more accurate registration. Top layer waste is left on for a kiss cut appearance.
The sheet sizes are slightly larger than standard A sizes to give a better yield.
Note: sheets are not possible if your label size is larger than our four sheet sizes. If this is the case, you will be unable to select a size.
Your Labels will be individually cut, with the top layer stripped away by 2mm on all edges for easy peeling.
Note: single cut Labels are only available on sizes between 75mm (in each direction) and A3.
If you are planning to apply your labels on a machine then you may want to specify the direction the label leads with on the roll.
If you are applying your Labels by hand, we have automatically selected the most cost-effective orientation for you.
If you apply your Labels using a machine, you can choose whether they are wound facing outward or inward.
You have the option to change the core diameter size of your Label roll if you plan to apply them with a machine. Choose from 3 sizes: 76mm, 38mm and 25mm.
The measurements shown are inner diameters (ID). The default ID is 76mm. We recommend the 76mm size for Label application by hand.
You have the option to reduce or increase your roll diameter for manual Label application. If you’re distributing rolls of Labels to multiple users, you may want to reduce this.
The actual approximate outer diameter of each roll is displayed in your order summary, along with the number of Labels you will receive on that roll.
This allows you to select a larger gap between your labels, this can be useful for some machine applicators. The default is 3mm for polypropylene and 4mm for papers.
You can change how sharp the corners of your square or rectangular Labels are. Choose from 0mm to 10mm, depending on your finished size. The default corner radius is 0mm which is a 'sharp' corner.
This option allows you to specify the number of labels across each roll.
This option is recommended for hand-application only, as machine application requires Labels to be laid out in single file down the length of a roll.
We will automatically calculate all the possible roll configurations for your given Label size, and you can choose whichever suits you.
