Turnaround Structure
Delivery dates for standard turnaround are based on receiving both an order and correct artwork by midnight*.
Our standard delivery time is 9am – 5:30pm.
Additional Services
'By 12 noon' or 'By 10:30am' services are also available at checkout and are charged based on the weight of your order.
You can also collect your print from our Hertfordshire-based factory between 5 – 6pm.
Additional Charges
Jobs over £2500 will have one additional day added to the quoted turnaround time. (£2,000 for Labels and £600 for any Large Format product). At £5,000 there will be two additional days added (£4,000 for Labels and £1,200 for any Large Format product). For every subsequent £2,500 (£2,000 for Labels and £600 for any Large Format product), there will also be an extra day added.
Examples of a standard turnaround
If an order is placed before midnight on Monday night, it will be dispatched on Wednesday for delivery on Thursday.
If the order is placed before midnight on Thursday night, it will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
* Printed Easy operate Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Your entire order will be fast-tracked and ready for dispatch (Mon-Fri to UK mainland).
To get an Express turnaround, you should place your order and upload correct artwork by 4pm.

Additional Charges
Express turnaround is an additional 20% with a minimum charge of £20 except in the case of Labels or Large format products where this is 40% with a minimum charge of £40. Express turnaround is only available if total order value (exc. VAT and surcharge) does not exceed £3,000, except Large Format which is £1,800.
Example of a next day dispatch
If an order is placed before 4pm on Monday, the delivery will arrive on Wednesday.

Note:
If delivery time cannot be met due to unforeseen circumstances (such as machinery breakdowns) we will call you and you will have the option to cancel for a full refund or take the standard price.
We will prioritise the production of your entire order ready for dispatch the same working day (Mon-Fri to UK mainland).
To get Express Plus, you should place your order and upload correct artwork by 1pm.

Additional Charges
Express Plus turnaround is an additional 40% with a minimum charge of £40 except in the case of Labels, Large Format or Perfect Bound products where this is 80% with a minimum charge of £80. Express Plus turnaround is only available if total order value (exc. VAT and surcharge) does not exceed £1,500, except Labels which is £2,000. Some products are available with this service after 1pm and before 4pm but with reduced order value limits.
Example of a Same Day Dispatch
If an order is placed before 1pm on Monday, the delivery will arrive Tuesday.

Collection
You have the option to collect your order between 5 – 6pm from our facility in Hertfordshire.
Unbranded Packaging
We send all print jobs in unbranded packaging and do not include any branded, Printed Easy documents in with your print job.
File Copies
You have the option to request file copies (printed samples of your job) at the checkout. They will be sent to your billing address and cost £3.00 per order.
